Prepairing for release

After months of tweaking, mixing, careful listening and re-mixing and re-mixing again, I am starting to see the light in the end of the tunnel. Finally everything is coming together for the “Less than $1000” project. The project will be completed, when the first album( EP if you will) of 5-7 tracks is released. I am currently working with selecting which tracks will make it and in what order they will appear.

Confirmed tracks so far are a re-mixed and re-mastered version of ‘Winter Summer’, a different version of ‘Dark Beach’ with an additional brass section and re-mixed and re-mastered ‘Algorythmic Intelligence’. Demo version of these tracks have been on SoundCloud for a while, and if you enjoyed the demos I hope that you will like the official releases as well.

The album will be titled “Less than $1000” and released by my independent label MoEoStAr. The release date is not set yet, but it will probably be in the late 2017 or early 2018.

And if you are wondering, yes I am still below spending $1000, latest expenses have been for session singers. But this is not as costly as you may think. There are plenty of talented singers that can record a hook or a verse for $15-$30 and provide you with high quality WAV files and commercial use rights. So all in all still well below $1000.
